Having taught many years in the traditional classroom, I know first hand that every student does not get the individual assistance that they need to develop their learning abilities and skills. Tutoring provides an effective way for students to get personalized, expert attention to their needs so they can keep up with their academic load and develop greater skills to be resilient lifelong learners.
One-to-one Remote Tutoring
Sessions are 60 minutes and are conducted via Zoom
Help with any and all areas of learning needs in the subjects of Social Studies, History, English, or general and/or advanced Reading and Writing Skills, including:
Homework & Class Assignments
Essay Writing
Test Preparation
Research Projects
and more
Rate: $80 per hour for all grades and regular courses, $90 for AP Courses
Small Group Tutoring
Sessions can be arranged for student groups between 2-4 . In these circumstances there is more opportunity for peer engagement and collaboration while also bringing down the total cost for each family.
Rates are the same as one-to-one, $80 for general classes and $90 for AP courses. However, this can be divided amongst the number of students. For example, if four students register for a session it would be $20 per student.
